Why Graduate School
LOGRAS will be hosting an event for all Hispanic undergraduates at GT to learn about graduate school. This is an opportunity to meet undergrads and give advice about graduate studies. The event will take place on Thursday, November 7th from 11-12pm in Klaus 1456. Free food will be provided. FACEBOOK EVENT
Center for Disease Control (CDC) Tour
On Thursday, 14 November from 3-5 pm LOGRAS will be touring the David Sencer Center for Disease Control (CDC) Museum. If you would like to attend please complete the following survey no later than 6 November.

A few notes:
- CDC’s campus on Clifton Road. Traffic can be very heavy in the CDC/Emory University area, so plan accordingly and aim to arrive 15 minutes before your tour’s start time.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for entry onto CDC’s campus. (Driver’s licenses for US citizens; non-citizens must bring passports).
- If you need transportation please let us know and we will coordinate for a car pool.
- Directions are attached.
- Again, the RSVP survey must be completed prior to 6 November. There are 20 spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

Future Tech – Middle School Outreach Program
GT Future Tech will be on Saturday, November 9 from 10-1pm at the Molecular Science and Engineering Building. LOGRAS will have an activity for the middle school students. We are currently looking for members to help with the science activity. If interested please reply to this email.
